Teledyne ML®660 Conventional Extractive System A Monitor Labs, Inc.
Pre-Engineered CEMS. The Teledyne ML®660 conventional extractive system is designed to extract and
condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement of any combination of SO2, NOx,
CO, CO2, and O2. This system can be configured specifically for
40CFR60, 40CFR75, and process control applications. Using a
pre-engineered concept, the Teledyne ML®660
provides a cost effective solution while still allowing for the
customization required to meet individual needs. Packaged in a 19
inch rack mount, single bay cabinet, the system's modular design
allows for easy expansion to satisfy future monitoring
requirements as well.
Features:
-
3-Stage Sample Conditioning - Maximum condensate removal, under
any operating condition.
-
Self-diagnosing Alarm Package - Long term, unattended
operation.
-
Local PLC Data
Storage - Buffering capability when combined with Teledyne ML's RegPerfect®.
-
Sole Source Responsibility - Teledyne ML uses its own
Sensor-e Series
Analyzers in every system.
- Ethernet connectivity - Ethernet from DAHS to
PLC to analyzers allows for a level of remote support never before available.

Teledyne ML®660-OA- Open Architecture
The Teledyne ML660-OA is designed
for systems supplied with a climate controlled shelter. The major
components of the Teledyne ML660 are wall mounted in this design to allow for
easy access for maintenance. The system includes a rack for the
analyzers (only) and a desk for the DAS. All other components (i.e.:
PLC, sample conditioning and valves) are wall mounted.
Teledyne ML®661 Total Hydrocarbon VOC/THC
Monitoring System
A Teledyne Monitor Labs, Inc. Pre-Engineered CEMS
The Teledyne ML®661 is a complete pre-engineered CEMS designed to measure
total hydrocarbons (THC/VOC) as required in regulatory and process control applications
(Please consult our factory for more information on this product.)
Features:
-
EPA certifiable in BIF (boilers and industrial furnaces burning
hazardous material) applications (40CFR266, Appendix IX, Section 2), and 40CFR503, subpart
E sludge burner applications.
-
Dry basis VOC/THC reporting using wet/dry O2 measurements for
stack moisture.
-
Optional speciated hydrocarbon measurements and dry basis CO,
SO2, NOX concentrations.
Teledyne ML®675
Dilution-Extractive System
A Teledyne Monitor Labs, Inc. Pre-Engineered CEMS
The Teledyne ML®675 dilution-extractive system can be used in
40CFR75, 40CFR60, and process control applications. In this system, sample is prepared for
analysis by diluting stack gas with clean, dry instrument air at the probe location. Since
no moisture is removed with dilution, measurements for SO2, NOx, CO, THC and CO2 are made
on a wet basis.
Like its conventional extractive twin, the Teledyne ML®675 is also
pre-engineered to provide a modular and cost effective solution for source monitoring
while still allowing for client customization. Stack flow and opacity can be easily
incorporated into the two bay, 19 inch rack mount cabinet to complement the CEMS.
Features:
-
Accurate - Continuous temperature, pressure, and dilution air
flow compensation in the dilution ratio for the most accurate results.
-
Lower Testing Costs - Guaranteed 7.5% relative accuracy for all
40CFR75 applications to cut annual stack testing costs in half.
-
Robust air clean up for H2O, SO2, NO, NO2, CO, and CO2 -
Provides the highest quality dilution air supply.
-
Daily auto-calibration check through the probe - Meets EPA
guidelines.
Features:
-
3-Stage Sample Conditioning - Maximum condensate removal, under
any operating condition.
-
Self-diagnosing Alarm Package - Long term, unattended
